What is The Doodle Club?
The Doodle Club offers art classes and workshops to kids in Columbus, Ohio.
We aren’t just doing crafts — we teach real art skills and techniques with each project that encourage thoughtfulness and inspire confidence even with our youngest artists all while having a blast and getting a bit messy.
Process over perfectionism is our jam! At The Doodle Club we take risks, try ideas that might not work and give space to create. We believe art is for everyone and things like drawing, painting and color theory can (and should) be taught.
Who is The Doodle Club for?
We teach classes for kids ages 4-16 generally broken into 4 age groups:
Mini Makers is for 4-6 year olds.
Medium Makers is for 7-10 year olds.
Mega Makers is for 11-13 year olds.
Master Makers is for 14-16 year olds.
*Some age groups may overlap depending on the type of project.

Yes! We have separate covered and uncovered areas for parents. You’ll be able to see your child but it’s far enough away that your kids won’t be distracted. We find kids concentrate and listen better this way.
-
There is clear signage on Flint Rd. directing you to park in a grassy lot right next door and then you’ll need to take a very short walk over to the Barn.
If you have littles or need to drop off anyone for any reason before parking, you may do so! Just pull down the driveway, drop off and then you can turn around and park in the neighboring lot. -

Generally yes. For example if you have 2 kids who are ages 6 and 7 and you’d like to sign them up for the same class for scheduling purposes, just shoot us an email to let us know and we can accommodate that. We’d ask however that if you sign a younger child up for a older age group class, that you be confident in their ability to handle the skills required for the project.
We can’t accept any children younger than 4 at this time.
